Do I need an appointment? 
Ideally, yes. Walk-ins are welcome, but especially for trying on bridal gowns we recommend making an appointment. This ensures time set aside and a consultant appointed specifically for you. We also recommend making an appointment if you have several bridesmaids coming in to look at dresses.

How long does it take to order a dress?
The typical time frame is 16 to 18 weeks. Budget an additional six weeks for alterations - our dresses are made to standard sizes, not to your measurements, so some tailoring is expected. Some of our designers offer rush orders for a fee.

Can I buy a dress off the rack?
In general we are a special order shop. However, we do try to carry a wide variety of sizes and if a sample dress fits, or there is not a sufficient amount of time to order, we will sell our sample gowns.

Do you offer layaway?
Yes! We only require half of the cost of the dress as a downpayment to commit to your dress. We then suggest making monthly payments of whatever fits into your budget. We are very flexible about payments but gowns MUST be payed in full before we begin alterations.

Do you offer alterations? How much are they?
Yes! We have two skilled seamstresses on staff. Alteration cost is determined by what has to be specifically done to the dress. Our dresses are made to standard sizes, not to your measurements, so some tailoring is expected. However, we have often been told by brides that we are the most competitively priced in our area. We also except alteration jobs on dresses not purchased with us at an extra cost.

What if I change my mind or don't like the dress when it comes in?
Unfortunately, because our designers do not accept returns neither do we. When our brides (and their maids) purchase their dresses, we require them to sign a terms of sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit. No exceptions.
